The company believes that phones produced of recycled materials will be of graet demand among mobile users who care about the environment. As Markus Terho said(director of Nokia Environmental Affairs Unit), presence of such materials in mobile phones will be a decisive factor in selecting the phone for customers.

It is expected that such phones would go for sale in the next few years. Now Nokia’s metal parts consist of 40-60% of the recycled materials.
It should be noted that in February= Nokia showed Nokia Remade concept, which is made from recycled aluminum cans, plastic bottles and car tires. Its display and electronics are made of the environment-friendly materials.
