Announcement of new mobile phone is expected to be held at the GSMA World Congress 2008, which will start from 11 February in Barcelona. At the moment it is not clear what a Dell phone would be about.
Android operating system is developed by Internet giant Google, together with other companies interested in the development of the mobile industry. The system will be a competitor for Microsoft Windows Mobile platform and Symbian.
