New platform for smartphones is expected to be presented in February at the 3GSM 2008. The first mobile phones on the basis of OS Windows Mobile 6.1 will be available for sale in May.
Main features ofWindows Mobile 6.1 will be possibility of copying and pasting, rollback feature settings, the ability to change master code, the new settings for typing text, a list of recent programs used in the “Start” menu, SMS-chat, auto-fill forms, the updated browser Internet Explore, improved stability of Wi-Fi connections, a new “home” screen, and new themes.
