And then just after official information on the exact date of the iPhone start sales, Vodafone lawyers immediately made a suit in a German court. In their lawsuit lawyers complained of the “bad” T-Mobile and Apple, which staged a monopoly not allowing the buyer to choose the operator.
Court took a decision in favor of Vodafone, obliging T-Mobile sell unblocked iPhones, which can work with any other mobile operator in Germany.
However ordinary mobile users in Germany won’t receive any benefits of this, as the price of legally unblocked iPhone is 999 euros.
