Japanese company NTT DoCoMo introduced at the CEATEC Japan 2007 their prototype of a mobile “doctor” phone D903i, which can analyze mouth smell, the percentage of extra weight, and determine pulse frequency…

It also provides a feature of step-measure.

The device was developed by engineers DoCoMo and Mitsubishi Electric Corp. According to techon.nikkeibp.co.jp companies are going to set this model on sale, but specific release date was not announced at the exhibition.

The first and second photos show extra weight measurements, the third - mouth smell analysis, the fourth - pulse measuring.
