Mobile phone Mitsubishi 905i set a record making a display with 894 x 480 pixels! And that’s with 3.1-inch screen! New mobile gadget was designed for Japanese operator NTT DoCoMo, it has a camera with of 3.2 Mp. and auto focus, TV tuner and a slot for memory cards microSD. The cost and other more detailed characteristics of Mitsubishi 905i are not yet known.
