Nokia also made a lawsuits against Qualcomm in which Qualcomm is accused of violating six patents. Technology recorded in these patents was used in the manufacture of some Qualcomm chips GSM/WCDMA and CDMA2000. The Nokia company calls to ban the sale of devices manufactured with using Nokia’s patented technologies.

Thus it is the first lawsuit from Nokia company, which accuses Qualcomm of violating patents of Nokia. It is noteworthy that for the past 19 months Qualcomm made 11 lawsuits against Nokia.
Interestingly that the part of developed technologies have reduced the size of Nokia mobile phones, which is according to Nokia increased competitive advantages over competitors. But Qualcomm that copied this technology, using it in their chips and selling them to Nokia’s competitors in fact deprived Nokia all the benefits.

Summarizing all last events we can say with certainty that the results of the battle of 2 giants(who wins and who remains with nothing) will be known in the near future. But now we may assume that Qualcomm is not so morally pure, as was before the suit of Nokia.
